Andrew B. Ezell
Mr. Ezell has actively practiced law for 35 years and is the manager of the firm. His practice includes representing electric and gas utilities, as well as other regulated utilities, such as telecommunications providers, transportation companies and water and sewerage districts before the Louisiana Public Service Commission. As part of his regulatory practice, he personally consults with elected Public Service Commissioners and Executive Staff on behalf of clients. In addition, he represents two river pilot associations before the Pilotage Fee Commission. Mr. Ezell is also experienced in the areas of securities law and broker/dealer regulation, compliance, securities litigation, franchising, mergers and acquisitions, as well as asset sales, work-out arrangements and loan agreements.
