Biography
Mr. Ezell has practiced law for over 35 years and is the manager of the firm. His practice includes representing electric and gas utilities, as well as other regulated utilities, such as telecommunications providers, transportation companies and water and wastewater companies regulated by the Louisiana Public Service Commission. As part of his regulatory practice, he personally consults with elected Public Service Commissioners and Executive Staff on behalf of clients. In addition, he has over 20 years of experience representing river pilot associations before the Pilotage Fee Commission. Mr. Ezell is also experienced in the areas of securities law and broker/dealer regulation, compliance, securities litigation, franchising, mergers and acquisitions, as well as asset sales, work-out arrangements and loan agreements.
