Andy Nicolas is an attorney with Ezell Law Firm, which specializes in representing regulated utilities, such as water and wastewater companies, before the Louisiana Public Service Commission, as well as river pilot associations before the Louisiana Pilotage Fee Commission. In addition to his regulatory practice, Andy focuses on estate planning, estate administration, and corporate law. A native of New Orleans, Andy graduated from the Isidore Newman School, and received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Louisiana State University and a Juris Doctor from Southern University Law Center. Andy is licensed to practice before all Louisiana state courts, the Middle and Western Districts of Louisiana, and the Northern District of Texas. Andy is also a member of the Baton Rouge Bar Association and the Louisiana State Bar Association.
